1. Who we are
Arena is a skill-gaming platform operated by Soy Pro LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA) ("we"). Contact: soyprollc1@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming page.
3. Game modes
- Free: no entry fee and no cash prizes. Automated opponents (bots) may take part.
- Real money: you pay an entry fee and compete only against real players. There are no bots or automated assistance in these matches.
4. Games of skill
Outcomes depend mainly on the players' skill. Match conditions (map, positions, spawns) are generated randomly by the server and are the same for everyone.
5. Requirements for real-money play
- Be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18).
- Have a verified email and declare your region. Real-money play is not allowed from regions where it is prohibited.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts or colluding with other players is prohibited.
6. Entry fees, fee and prizes
The platform keeps a 10% fee from each pot. The rest is split among the top three (50 / 30 / 20%); with two players, the winner takes the net pot. If a match cannot be completed due to a server failure, entry fees are refunded.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can only withdraw winnings and money already played; unplayed deposits cannot simply be withdrawn. Withdrawals may require identity verification and large ones are reviewed.
8. Fair play
Using automated programs, bots, artificial intelligence, client modifications or any outside help is prohibited. We detect suspicious patterns; we may hold prizes, void results and close accounts that break these rules.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Account). Withdraw your balance first: deleting it means giving up any remaining balance. We keep the accounting records required by law, without your personal data.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for network outages outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA). Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Passaic County, New Jersey, unless the law of your country of residence grants you a non-waivable right to another forum.
